Historic Lynchburg Cinnamon Chipotle Acorn Squash

  • 2 Acorn Squash, cut in half and cleaned
  • 4 tsp. Kerry Gold Irish Butter
  • 4 tsp. Historic Lynchburg Cinnamon Chipotle Seasoning.
  • To Taste: Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut Acorn squash in half and clean out seeds
  2. Spread 1 tsp. of Cinnamon Chipotle Seas and 1 tsp. of butter on each half of the acorn squash
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Roast in oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes until golden brown and tender
**baste the squash with a brush every 10 minutes with extra butter as needed while baking.
